Motorcycle Technician (Full-Time)
Location: Escondido, CA (serving San Diego & Riverside Counties)
Company: Moto Forza – Premier Dealership for Ducati, Triumph, MV Agusta, Husqvarna, Royal Enfield & Vespa

Moto Forza, Southern California’s leading European motorcycle dealership, is hiring a full-time, experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our passionate and professional team.

What You'll Do:

• Perform all levels of motorcycle service and repair, including:
• Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
• Routine maintenance and full services
• Warranty and recall work
• Advanced electronic and electrical diagnostics
• Work on top-tier brands: Ducati, Triumph, MV Agusta, Husqvarna, Royal Enfield, and Vespa
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of motorcycle dealership experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, especially with electronic/electrical systems
• Triumph and/or Ducati factory certifications preferred
• Experience with Lightspeed DMS is a plus
• Must have a valid motorcycle license and clean driving record
• Must be insurable
